Terence Hannafin is a Partner at Carter Morse & Goodrich, where he specializes in advising closely held and family-owned businesses on mergers, acquisitions, and capital strategies. He has over two decades of experience in investment banking, with expertise in M\&A, recapitalizations, and private capital placements across a range of industries including manufacturing, consumer products, and business services. Prior to joining CMG, he held senior roles at de Visscher & Co., American Express, and Morgan Stanley. Terence earned a finance degree from Boston College, where he played Division I football, and holds FINRA Series 82, 24, and 63 licenses. He serves on the boards of the Exit Planning Exchange – Long Island and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, and lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.
